Whisky is just beer, but better.

It's Sunday, so reading the (beer) Bible. :-)
Whisky is what beer hopes to be when it grows up.  Reading this great book today, considering various options for recipes once we start brewing and distilling.  Scaling up from home brewing to near industrial scale looks to be the fun challenge for this year.

KODistilling is still our lead idea, but in the great and friendly bar-side debate between me and Katie, it's still open to Karlson and O'Mara or O'Mara and Karlson.  I think we all know which one she promotes!  (I just think that OKDistilling conveys the wrong idea, unless we distill at a corral!  But horse riding and whisky go together, don't they?). 

In other news, "Loss to the Jets crushes Maple Leafs' playoff hopes."  Worth a whisky or two.
